Would you like to return an item? If the total value of the returned line items from your order is CHF 60.00 or more, you can send them back directly. Sale items are included. You do not need to contact customer service beforehand. Returns with a total value below CHF 60.00 are not accepted.

Items must be unworn, with their existing tags and in their original packaging. After receiving and inspecting them, we refund the amount actually paid for the returned line items after discounts, less a CHF 10.00 handling fee, to your original payment method. The fee is charged once per return shipment, regardless of the number of items. For example, returning an item you paid CHF 80.00 for gives you a CHF 70.00 refund.

The threshold is based on the value of the returned items after discounts, excluding shipping costs. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

How to send your items back

Enclose your order number and a list of the returned items, and send the parcel directly to:

You pay the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Returning items to our Zürich or Bern stores requires an express arrangement in advance.

Incorrect or faulty item?

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible after discovering the issue, with your order number and a short description. Include photos if possible. We will agree the return and next steps with you. For a valid complaint, we cover the necessary return shipping costs. No handling fee is deducted, and a refund is made to your original payment method.
